These exercises will help with bowel bladder incontinence. There are two sets of programs included. The first set is to increase the strength of your pelvic floor muscles. The second program is to lengthen your pelvic floor muscles. If you have issues moving your bowel due to tight/strong pelvic floor muscles. Some symptoms include difficulty emptying bowel and bladder systems. Please do not use this as a complete intervention or management of your condition. I encourage you to see a doctor or a pelvic floor physical therapy specialist in obtaining complete recovery, progression, and optimal healing.
