Orthopedic Manual Therapy
Mobilization with movement, Muscle energy technique, joint and soft tissue mobilization
Proprioception, balance, corrective exercises, impairment reversal, postural correction, loading/unloading.
Orthopedic Manual/hands-on Interventions and medical exercises beyond that of a defined orthopedic clinical specialist. Interventions offered to clients with Neuromuscular injuries and, Musculo skeletal injuries of all body regions, including hand and ankle/foot. Range of motion, muscle strengthening, mobilization exercises, stretching, flexibility training
Functional mobility training, standing/sitting static/dynamic activities
We use neurac techniques and the redcord device to treat and restore muscle coordination, sensorimotor function, and reverse movement impairments. We apply exercises on unstable surfaces with body weight-bearing exercises to improve strength, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, and core muscle stability
We render surface, vaginal, rectal, or needle electrodes, pressure (manometry), or Electromyography (EMG) feedback for pelvic floor dysfunctions, and therapeutic procedure utilizing electromechanical instruments. Auditory and visual feedback signals Give the person immediate feedback about normal body processes and biofeedback-assisted pelvic floor muscle training to improve motor learning for all gender and ages
Lymphedema Physical Therapy
We apply the gold standard of lymphedema treatment CDT (Complete decongestive therapy) to facilitate independence, optimum healing, and function improvement. It comprises manual lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging, skin care, exercises, behavioral therapy, nutrition, and compression stockings.
We are trained to provide evidence-based intervention for vestibular disorders and symptoms characterized by dizziness, vertigo, trouble with balance, posture, or vision
